Kevin Dickman brings over 15 years of hands-on operational leadership experience across industrial construction, design-build delivery, and real estate investment environments. He currently serves as Vice President of Construction for a Miami-based cold storage real estate investment firm, where he oversees projects across the full lifecycle—from engineering and permitting through construction execution and long-term facility maintenance.

He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and contractors on complex industrial projects ranging from $1 million to $250 million. His project portfolio includes work delivered for major enterprise clients such as Coca-Cola, DHL, Kroger, Nestlé, Pepsi, Sysco, and Switch Ltd.

With deep expertise in technically demanding sectors including cold storage, food processing, manufacturing, and mission-critical commercial facilities, Kevin is uniquely positioned to step into an ownership role. He ensures operational continuity while enabling a collaborative and low-risk transition for existing management and staff.
